At ByK Bikes we feel strongly about the collection of customer information and ensuring it is handled with care and respect for the privacy of our users. We do not disclose, distribute or sell any information we collect from our users.

We may collect information when users place an order for products, or when they complete a registration / ByK Member form.

Part of the registration process requires us to request personal contact information so that we can properly match a serial number to an owner.

To become a MyByK Member, we also request personal information such as gender and birthdate of the ByK Rider for the purpose of a customer database and contacting the user via email newsletters.

User Choice to Opt-In

The ByK website offers the user the ability to opt-in to receive email communications from us. This opt-in is required as part of the registration form. If a user chooses to simply register their ByK Bike, and not become a MyByK Member, we agree not to send regular email communications to the user, other than an email confirmation following initial registration.

Users under the age of 14

ByK Bikes are designed and built for children and children's safety is at the heart of everything we do. To be a MyByK Member, we collect minimum personal information of the ByK Rider so that we can communicate, via email, bike riding and product/brand information.

In Accordance with the AANA Code for Advertising & Marketing Communications to Children, registration cannot be completed without the agreement by the user that Consent has been granted by a parent or guardian prior to submitting information.
